News October 2018

Mastering of David Morgan's Concerto for Solo Percussion and Orchestra will be done soon, as the composer is happy with the second draft. Also the mastering of Eric Bryce's Concerto for Marimba and Vibraphone. After discussion with Andrew Ford, I have decided to record his Imaginings for solo piano and orchestra, playing the solo part myself. Andy completed it in 1991, but it has never been performed. Along with Robert Constable's Medea, these works will make up the Concerto Premières CD for 2019.

The overdubbing of the singers for my opera Dracula continues with terrific results. Only the roles of Lucy and Dracula remain, with Lucy (Lorina Gore) scheduled for the end of this month.
