ABC Classics have released another “Tranquillity” CD of various popular items conducted by me with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra. In another recent release, “The Classic Hundred Piano”, they have included a number of tracks from an old EMI LP of mine, recorded in 1978. These are rather variable, I think, but the “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring” in the Myra Hess arrangement is good.

I have added a new link to the list www.buywell.com. This is an Australian website which seems to list just about every CD in which I appear as conductor or pianist. I have only just found this site myself, and found a few things of mine I did not know existed! It is probably the best site to visit if you want to locate Stanhope material on CD.
